Your order will also be insured at no additional cost to you.

If your purchase will be sent as a gift, simply advise one of our friendly Diamond Consultants. We will gladly include a note card with your personalized message and gift-wrap your purchase at no additional charge.
Standard Delivery Guidelines
For your protection all orders require a signature upon delivery. Packages will not be dropped off unattended.
Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. PST usually ship within two business days (Monday through Friday – excluding Holidays) from the date you place your order. Your order may ship as early as the same day, depending on the item(s) selected and time of day your order was placed. This applies to ALL orders, including those shipped Priority Overnight and Second-Day Air. Allow a minimum of two additional business days for engraving and ring sizing if you select a ring size other than standard.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These taxes and duties are charged by your country and are in addition to and separate from our shipping costs. The Buyer is responsible for all additional charges for customs clearance - taxes and duties. As customs policies vary from country to country Diamond Importers Direct cannot predict, and has no control over, what they may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information. Orders outside of the United States must be paid via wire transfer prior to shipment. Credit cards will NOT be accepted for orders outside the United States under any circumstances.
Military Addresses in Overseas Locations
